Franchaise Trainee Manager (Customer Creation) - AIICO INSURANCE PLC

An Insurance firm seeks qualified candidates to fill this role

Job Description:

• Provide face-to-face consulting to franchisees and franchise staff at the franchise locations
• Prepare for, and facilitate, inbound franchisee visits, either for the purpose of renewing their franchise agreement or improving the engagement with Home Office / performance of their franchise
• Prepare written reports of all franchise contact and communication
• Works with franchise to develop and implement action plans to increase visibility and support to improve business operations and increase sales

Requirements:

• NCE/OND/HND/BSC/MBA
• Entry level
